I don't know what is happening at Mini/BMW but customer service no longer exists. Every time we deal with the centre it cements our decision never to purchase a car from there again. Very disappointing.

The work itself was good. The process that led up to it was not. The lack of communication was appalling and the inability of one part of your system (breakdown) to join up with another (service department) terrible

All staff helpful and informative. Comfortable waiting area and I have confidence in the workshop. I like the video information too. On the downside it is expensive and for the first time ever I got another quote.
