Booked my mini in for seasonal health check. I got an appointment very quickly. Staff were very friendly and I was given a summary of the health of my car and also received a complimentary wash and clean. So very happy with customer service

Front of house customer service was excellent. I was disappointed that having had a full service+health check, the day after collection l had a message to check the tyre pressures. I feel that within the 2 checks this should have been addressed.

The team investigated the drive train error, but could not replicate or resolve. The charging flap was replaced under warranty, but they forgot the safety sticker. I appreciated them coming to my house to fit it, saving me a trip. Thank you.

Mixed bag. Josh was great, managed to get the brakes changed via the goodwill team. Unfortunately unable to charge the vehicle le post the work being completed (not sure if it was tested after the sensor was replaced) so waiting for Mini assistance
