I requested an owners handbook in print as I am older and was told I had to pay £50! its a shame as otherwise i would have givena 5

Many aspects were excellent, such as working with the sales rep (Josh) to select our model, colour etc and completing a test drive. The process was let down a little by a huge amount of emails, many of them lengthy and legalistic.

Christina was wonderful with an older lady who struggled with the tec she made my journey to my new electric mini much better .I had a problem with my new mini the next day which was sad but Christina helped with the prob

I was told to arrive in a specific time period and then had to wait an hour before my car was ready. Although I was given a 15% discount on the labour costs, I do not feel that your customer charter was fully adhered to. And my boot wasn't hoovered.

WYW MOT and this was done within an hour, Josh on the service desk was very friendly/helpful

Advised duration was off resulting in having to leave car with you for 2.5 days. Was misadvised on what needed doing, and tehn when items were attended to, it came back with more problems.

I have not been emailed the MOT certificate and unfortunately the following morning the car broke down on the A27. The service centre say there is nothing wrong with it; I am still unclear what, if anything, has been done to investigate the issue.
